Find the assistance rules without searching every drug maker’s website
RxAccess is an independent registry of patient assistance programs. We read the rules off each program's own documents and republish them in plain language and plain dollars.
We are not a pharmacy. We do not ship medication, we do not run any program ourselves, and no program pays to be listed or ranked.

No advertising, no affiliate fees, no listing fees, and no money from any drug company or any service we compare. RxAccess is not a revenue-generating project. API access is free for approved uses. Patients are never the product.

Eligibility answers stay in your browser. Search requests reach our server to return results; see our privacy policy for how we handle data.
Why this exists
These programs are real and most are decades old. They are also scattered across dozens of manufacturer websites, each with its own income rule, its own form, and its own list of covered medications.
Finding out whether you qualify for the medication you actually take means reading several PDFs and comparing rules that are never shown side by side anywhere.
This site brings those rules together. Check the date and review status on each record, and confirm current requirements with the program.
Two things we will not do
Guess at a number
If a maker runs a program but publishes no list of what it covers, we say exactly that. An honest gap beats a confident invention.
Take a cut
We compare the services that charge to do the paperwork. If any of them ever paid us, the comparison would be worthless, so none of them do and none of them will. API access is free for approved uses and does not influence a position in the registry.
Free access for patients and approved API users
Maintaining the registry takes work, but we do not charge patients or approved API users. API access is not a source of revenue.
Patients

Free to use.
No account, no paywall, no ads, and nothing a patient can buy from us. If you are here trying to afford your own medication, you are not the customer and you never will be.
Professional use
Free API access by application
The professional access model.
Organizations and individuals can request free API access by describing their intended use. We review each application. Dataset reuse remains governed by the published data license.
Clinics, navigators and patient charities get the same access free on approval, because they are doing the same job we are.
What access never changes

The reason we can compare the fee-charging services honestly is that none of them is our customer. If that ever changed, it would be disclosed on the page it affects and dated in the registry record, before anything else.
