Corrections and takedown requests
How to report an incorrect fact or submit a copyright notice.
Updated
This Site publishes information about prescription assistance programs and about companies that charge fees to help people apply to them. We record available sources, source-check dates, and review statuses. We also get things wrong sometimes, and programs change without notice.
If something here is wrong, out of date, or shouldn't be here, tell us and we will fix it. We would rather be corrected than be wrong.
If a fact about a program is wrong
Use our contact form with the page address and what is incorrect. If you can point us to the program's own page or document showing the correct information, that speeds things up considerably.
We re-verify reported errors against the program's own primary source. When we change a published figure, the change is recorded on our program changes page with the date. We do not quietly edit numbers.
If you are a company we have written about
We write about companies that charge fees for help with patient assistance program applications. Those pages are sourced and dated, and they state what we found on your own website and on public review platforms on the date we checked it.
If a page about your company contains a factual error, use our contact form with the specific statement you say is inaccurate and the correct information, and we will re-verify it against primary sources. If we got a fact wrong, we will correct it and note the correction on the page with its date.
If your pricing, service, or policies have changed since the date shown on the page, tell us and we will re-check and re-date it. A page that is accurate as of an old date and stale today is something we want to fix.
We will not remove an accurate, sourced statement because it is unflattering. We will correct anything that is wrong.
If you believe content here infringes your copyright
This Site links to program application forms hosted by the programs themselves; it does not host copies of them. If you nonetheless believe material on this Site infringes a copyright you own or represent, send your notice through the contact form below.
To be effective, a notice should include: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the material you say is infringing and its location on this Site (a URL); your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Copyright notices: Submit a copyright notice. Formal designated-agent registration details will be posted here upon completion of registration with the U.S. Copyright Office.
We respond to complete notices promptly. Note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
What we will not do
We will not remove accurate, sourced information because someone would prefer it weren't public. We will always correct what is actually wrong.
