What this Site is

RxAccess publishes information about prescription assistance programs: who runs them, who they cover, what they require, and how to apply directly. Browsing the public registry and using the eligibility checker are free and require no account. API access is free by application for approved uses, including commercial and organizational uses, and is governed by the terms on our API page.

We are not a pharmacy, a doctor, an insurer, or a government program. We do not dispense medication, we do not submit applications for you, and we do not charge for browsing the public registry or using the eligibility checker.

This is information, not medical or legal advice

Nothing on this Site is medical advice. We do not recommend medications, doses, or treatments, and nothing here should be used to make a clinical decision. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about your medications.

Nothing here is a determination that you qualify for anything. Only the program itself decides who it accepts. Our eligibility checker compares what you tell it against the rules a program publishes; it is a starting point for your own application, not an approval, a denial, or a promise.

Accuracy, and its limits

We record available sources, review statuses, and source-check dates for program information. Some details remain unknown or pending review. Programs can change their rules without notice, and we can be wrong.

Always confirm the details with the program itself before you rely on them. The program's own contact information is on every program page for exactly this reason. If you find something wrong, our corrections page explains how to tell us, and we fix it.

Links to other sites

We link to manufacturer program pages, foundations, government resources, and other organizations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices.

If you send us a field report

If you choose to tell us about your experience with a program, these rules apply:

• Tell the truth. Report your own actual experience.
• Do not send anyone else's private information, including anyone else's health or personal information.
• Do not send us your own sensitive health details. We do not want them and do not ask for them. Tell us about the process — how long it took, what happened, what would have helped.
• You give us permission to publish what you send, in whole or in part, edited for length or clarity, without your name, and to include it in aggregate statistics. You keep any rights you have in what you wrote.
• We may decline to publish anything, for any reason. We review submissions before publication, and most of what we do is decide what not to publish.

Using our data

Our published dataset may be used and redistributed under the terms stated on our API page. It is provided as-is, with no warranty of accuracy or fitness for any purpose.

This Site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If these terms change, this page changes, and the date below changes with it.
