Published changes, with the dates on record
Review the changes recorded in the registry, from program rules to medication coverage. Entries show the date and the change as documented.
This is our published change history, not a claim that every historical change has been captured. Representative examples, where present, are labeled separately.
The registry, as it stands

Every one of these counts our own work. None of them is a claim about the size of the field, because no census of US assistance programs exists. Why we publish no total

Gilead Advancing Access

Registry update
What changed
Checked 173 medicines against the assistance lists of their makers. 69 are named on a program's list and 44 are not. Gilead's and Leadiant's programs publish no list at all, so their medicines are marked as unanswerable from a list rather than as refused.
