Sanofi patient assistance, copay and savings programs

Sanofi separates free medication from copay help. Sanofi Patient Connection can provide certain Sanofi medicines at no cost to people with no insurance coverage for the medicine and household income at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level. Sanofi savings cards lower what people pay at the pharmacy, for example no more than $35 per 30-day supply of each covered Sanofi insulin, and cannot be used with Medicare, Medicaid or other government programs. CareConnect offers copay help and a patient assistance program for certain Sanofi therapies.

A copay or savings card lowers what a person with commercial insurance pays. A patient assistance program gives the medicine at no cost to people who meet its insurance and income rules. Foundations and state programs are other routes: see kinds of help.
