Libtayo copay card, savings card and coupon

Regeneron's pages describe no Libtayo coupon or savings card. Instead, its LIBTAYO Surround Commercial Copay Program lets commercially insured patients pay as little as $0 out of pocket, with up to $25,000 in assistance per year and no income requirement. It does not apply to prescriptions covered by Medicare, Medicaid or other government programs. Patients who are uninsured, underinsured or lack coverage may be eligible to receive Libtayo at no cost through the LIBTAYO Surround Patient Assistance Program.

Who qualifies: This program only applies to patients who are at least 18 years of age, residents of the United States or its territories or possessions, are prescribed LIBTAYO (cemiplimab-rwlc) for an FDA-approved indication, and are insured by a commercial health plan that requires a copayment, coinsurance, and/or deductible amount for LIBTAYO. If you have Medicare or Medicaid

The LIBTAYO Surround Commercial Copay Program is not valid for prescriptions covered by Medicare, Medicaid or other government programs. Regeneron does say that eligible Medicare patients can be enrolled in the LIBTAYO Surround Patient Assistance Program, until the end of the calendar year.
